How to Use the Image Converter Tool

  1. Go to the "Upload Image" tab in the sidebar.
  2. Drag and drop an image into the upload area or click "Browse Files" to select one.
  3. After uploading, you'll see a preview of your image with its metadata.
  4. Go to the "Output Format" tab to select the format you want to convert to.
  5. Adjust quality settings in the "Quality Settings" tab if needed.
  6. Click the "Convert" button at the bottom to process your image.
  7. Once conversion is complete, click "Download" to save your converted image.

  1. Go to the "Batch Conversion" tab in the sidebar.
  2. Drag and drop multiple images into the upload area or click "Browse Files" to select them.
  3. You'll see thumbnails of all selected images.
  4. Configure conversion settings in the other tabs.
  5. Click "Convert All" to process all images.
  6. When finished, you can download individual images or click "Download All as ZIP" to get all converted images in a ZIP archive.

  1. After uploading an image, go to the "Resize Options" tab.
  2. Check the "Resize Image Before Converting" option.
  3. Enter the desired width and height in pixels.
  4. If you want to maintain the original proportions, keep "Maintain Aspect Ratio" checked.
  5. You can also use the quick resize buttons for common dimensions.
  6. Continue with the conversion process as usual.

This tool supports converting between the following formats:

  • JPG/JPEG - Best for photographs and complex images
  • PNG - Supports transparency, good for graphics and screenshots
  • WebP - Modern format with excellent compression and transparency support
  • GIF - Supports animation and basic transparency
  • BMP - Uncompressed bitmap format
  • SVG - Vector format for graphics that can scale without quality loss

Note: Some format conversions may have limitations, especially when converting between vector (SVG) and raster formats.

Tips for Best Results
  • For web images, WebP usually offers the best balance of quality and file size.
  • Use PNG for images that need transparency.
  • When file size is critical, use higher compression and lower quality settings.
  • Stripping metadata can significantly reduce file size for photographs.
  • Resize large images before uploading them for faster processing.
